XFI PODS FIRMWARE UPDATE? Maybe it would help speed loss?

Do XFI pods get firmware pushed to them automatically?  Mine are over a year old and I would think there would be some sort of firmware updates over that time.

Generally speaking though they don't seem to be helping too much.  The speedtest in my garage is around 100megs (I have 300meg + service) WITHOUT PODS  with router being almost 100' from garage through 4 walls but with the pods connected in the garage it goes down to maybe 30megs.  Weird.  Yes, my iPhone 11MAX is connected to the garage pod when it drops down in speed.

Exactly what does that have to do with the question I asked other than post count?

There are other mesh options, but you are aware they cost more.
