Xfi pod setup error

The XFi pod set up is not working in the app. This is happening on multiple phones and after deleting and reinstalling the app it immediately says let’s try that again Error message. This error is all over the forums and affecting many many people. Absolutely terrible device if you don’t fix it soon, I will be returning the $400 worth of devices I purchased today. Customer support had no solutions.

@user_hjj8x7 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Are you still having difficulty setting up your xFi Pods? Can you tell me what steps you have taken other than uninstalling and reinstalling the app? For example, where in the set up process you see this error?
