Xfi pausing doesn't work for one profile

Xfi pausing and downtime doesn't work for one profile


I have been having the same problem at my house.  It is causing many arguments.  I have even changed the passwords thinking my daughter knew them.  What is the purpose of pausing if it's not consistent?

This same problem/issue has been posted over and over for years on the forum but it does not appear as though Xfinity has ever resolved the issue.  Pause does not work. I have Downtime scheduled for each profile for the devices on my network yet my teen can still use the internet for hours after the "Pause Access At" time. Can anyone point me to a post where Xfinity provided a fix for this issue?
