xFi not working
When I try to access xFi, I get the following message:
Upgrade for This Experience
To access xFi, you'll need to upgrade your service/equipment.
When I proceed it then states the equipment installed is the latest and supports xFi.
I've tried deleting the xFit app and reinstalling with same result
I need the XFi app to install the XFi Pods
I previously had another service location on my same account (which has since been disconnected) but I wonder whether this may be creating a problem?
