My xFi isn't connecting and says I need to upgrade my equipment and services on the app even though I just upgraded everything four days ago. It won't let me activate anything. Please help.

Hello. My apologies you're experincing issues with the Xfinity xFi application. This can happen when you're attempting to go through activation. Are you attempting to activate an Xfinity Gateway or another type of Xfinity equipment ( ex : xFi pods)? You can activate by visiting xfinity.com/activate and follow the prompts. Once activation is complete, you shouldn't see this error anymore. Please let me know if you are still encountering issues
