Xfi mobile app is now Xfinity V 3.18 on Sept 30th upgrade

Anyone experiencing issues with the upgrade to 3.18 - especially those who may have a voice and separate XFi modem?

 

The new app knocked out my phone service because it moved the phone service to my XFi modem effectively knocking out my house phones which could no longer get a dial tone.  This also knocked out my ability to manage my home wifi which inclides pods. Fortunately I had a tech house visit and he immediately knew the issue and had to contact support to get phone service back to my voice modem. 

 

I still can't manage my home WiFi as the ugraded XFinity app can't manage two modems. 

 

Anyone else having this issue?

By the way if you haven't upgraded Xfi to 3.18 and have two modems - I suggest you don't.

Similar here. App doesn't show any devices connected. Cable box wasn't working earlier either.

My problem was sovled after  I had my dedicated voice modem removed from my account. Had to migrate my Voice service to my XFi modem in order for that to happen and slightly rewire my voice servce. After that V3.18 worked. It wasn't designed to work with multiple modems which I had.

 

There is now a newer version came out 2 days ago, 3.19. Have you tried that?
