Xfi mobile app is now Xfinity V 3.18 on Sept 30th upgrade
Anyone experiencing issues with the upgrade to 3.18 - especially those who may have a voice and separate XFi modem?
The new app knocked out my phone service because it moved the phone service to my XFi modem effectively knocking out my house phones which could no longer get a dial tone. This also knocked out my ability to manage my home wifi which inclides pods. Fortunately I had a tech house visit and he immediately knew the issue and had to contact support to get phone service back to my voice modem.
I still can't manage my home WiFi as the ugraded XFinity app can't manage two modems.
Anyone else having this issue?
