Xfi logged me into someone else’s account

Signed in with my username and password to xfi app. Surprised to see I connected to someone else’s account. Tried calling xfinity but could not talk to a person no matter what I tried. Ended up contacting some security group who didn’t think this was a big deal. Anyone else have this happen?
