xFi Gateway Offline

App says xFi Gateway Offline when everything is working. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my modem, and even went through the activation a second time through the app. Still no luck. Can someone help?

Hello, @user_80a766. I can certainly understand your concern about the gateway showing offline and want to help you get this fixed. Have you attempted deleting the app cache data?

I have now. I deleted both the app says and cache. Unfortunately this did not solve the issue
