xFi firewall limitations

xFi security platform blocks images in the Ringcentral app. This is known by Ring, but their suggested fix does not work because xFi doesn't allow white listing.

We've tried for hours to address with Comcast and have escalated to engineers with no success. Our entire work at home staff on Comcast, nationwide, has had to disable xFi.

Hello, we are aware of the issue you mentioned for as xFi not allowing white listing.  We have forwarded the information to our egineering team in Philadelphia  as well.
