xFi Complete “free pods” forever “temporarily unavailable”

I upgraded to xFi Complete a couple of months ago and got my “wifi assessment” as promised about a month later which says I qualify for 3 free xFi Pods. But I’ve been trying to order them via the given link for about 6 weeks now and always get the “temporarily unavailable” message. The link it sends me to says it’s for xFi Advantage customers, so maybe this is why it fails? I know both packages make the free pod promise. Meanwhile the system is happy to let me order and pay for them. Is there a different link for xFi Complete that might work? Thank you

I’d also be happy if a service rep could just place the order for me, or even explain an alternative way to request the free pods that I do need to make my xFi Complete provide wireless across my entire home.
