XFi app

Hey so I recently moved and transferred my service and had it all set up but ever since then my XFi app keeps telling me to upgrade my service but when I go to the website and log in it tells me that my service is already upgraded. Can someone please help me with this?

Are you only experiencing the upgrade message when logging into the xFi mobile app, but not the xfi website https://internet.xfinity.com/?
