My xfi app worked for 2 weeks when i first got the router, now it says i need to update my device but then it says it is the most updated device.

I am having the exact same issue. I upgraded to XFi, but cannot get the app to work as it tells my i need to upgrade my device. That routes me to a different site, where I am told that I already have the most recent equipment.
I am fairly sure that this is a glitch that Xfi has when one User ID is tied to more than one account. I have 2 accounts, one for an old property that I no longer own, and one for my current property. I assume if that other account could be deleted or removed from my User ID, then it would work....please send help.
