XFi app won’t let me sync and control my Honeywell pro8000 WiFi thermostat

My Honeywell WiFi thermostat is connected and shows me activity and usage , what ever. But under the controls section that came up when I linked it says Honeywell lyric , my thermostat is listed on the capabilities on xfinity but do you have a way to control it also from XFi app on my mobile phone? ?
