xFi App- “Upgrade for this Experience”
I just upgraded my modem to the new xFi modem I received today. The modem is connected and seems to be working great. However, the xFi app isn’t working. I can login, but I’m getting the “upgrade for this experience” message. If I click upgrade, it takes me to the browser and says I already have the latest equipment, yet the app still won’t allow me to bypass the message. This is extremely frustrating as I am paying for xFi and am not even able to use the app for it. Does anyone have any advice on how to get this fixed?
