XFi App Problem

Every time I open the XFi app it redirects me to a page that says my gateway may be offline, which it is not. There is only one way out of this, to click help me fix it. Which then cycles and cycles and does nothing. Leaving the app completely useless at this point. Is there anyway to correct this? I’ve tried restarting the app and my phone to no avail. I am getting some threats that need attention that I cannot address because of this issue
