xFi app only works for an hour

...Then when I try to log in I get a "Settings Currently Unavailable" message, and a button that says "Activate New Gateway" . I have done this several times with the same results. I can creat profiles, add devices to users, pause devices, but an hour later, when I try to log-in, I get the above error message.

Same result on computer and iPhone

@Fairwin  Hi , Please try to uninstall the xFi app and the install it back and tell me if you get any errors or problems after that.  Also please try to run the update as well.
