XFi app not working
I am trying to view anything on my Xfinity App/XFi. I have tried logging in on my phone browser, the application, and my web browser on two computers. I have tried on and off of my Wifi, and have already cleared my cache and cookies. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
I can access everything else on the Xfinity website, and I can log in to the My Account app on my phone. However, I cannot log into internet.xfinity.com nor the Xfinity Xfi Purple app.
All it says when I try to log in is "We Encountered an Issue. If the problem persists, check back later." When I click on "try again", nothing happens.
Any ideas? Thank you!
