XFi app not working

I cannot log in to the app. Sing in screen freezes and will not allow user to login. What should I do?

Hi @Mattzugel1, can you try accessing the xFi App again?

 

If you are still unable to login, I would recommend what RobertWy mentioned - the delete and then reinstall the xFi app and attempt logging in. 

 

Please let us know if you're still experiencing issues.
