Xfi App not working on both mobile and desktop web browser

Hello.

I cannot access my Xfi settings via the Xfi app OR the desktop site (https://internet.xfinity.com/

My wife and I have tried on 3 different devices. We have signed out of the app and re-signed in. We have uninstalled the app on each and re-installed on each. We get a page that says: "Lets try that again. We had some trouble accessing your account. Please try again." When we click try again. It just reloads the same message.

And on my desktop computer -- when  try to access the Xfi settings there at https://internet.xfinity.com/ ---  we get this message:

"We Encountered an Issue.

If the problem persists, check back later."

---

we turned off wifi access to devices and now cannot turn them back on.  help!

We are having this too, but considering that this was over 2 months ago it looks like no one monitors these boards from Comcast/Xfinity.  Execrable customer support strikes again.

Same issue for me tonight. Incredibly frustrating and terrible customer service. She said this is the first time they’ve heard of this issue and was sending me to the advanced team. She actually just hung up.

Now I’m stuck without access to our device controls.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you and the others in this thread are having @XBen37  with the xFi app. Are you able to access the xFi interface via the My Account app (click on the Internet section, then the network name under Devices, then Show WiFi Settings which will give you the option to Change Settings in xFi)? And to make sure we're covering all the bases, have you already attempted closing out the window and reopening (or closing and reopening the app), trying a different browser, clearing cache and cookies, and rebooting the device completely?
