xFi App not connecting to Gateway

Got a new router yesterday.  Set up no issue & added the Xfi pods as well.

Internet is working like a champ.

App worked yesterday.

Today it says my gateway isn't connected.  

Rebooted the gateway, internet is fine, but I can't get the App to work or load. 

Any ideas?  I love the app but it's been useless for 24 hours.

Good Evening, 

My apologies for the time between your post and this reply. We had many issues around this time with the app as there appeared to be an outage of service with the app. Would you please let us know if you are still having issues and we will work to get them resolved. In the meantime, I hope this finds you and your family well.
