XFi App Issue

I just had Xfi Modem installed, but when I try to use the XFi app, it says I need to upgrade my equipment. However, I already have the latest equipment. Please advise.

Hello, I am sorry you are experiencing issues using the xFi app. Please send me a personal message by clicking my name and then give me your full name and your Xfinity account number and then i will be able to assist you with getting your xFi to work.
