XFI APP doesn’t work

i recently moved 3 months ago and haven’t been able to use the XFI app. it keeps telling me to upgrade but everything is upgraded.

Hello @user_e36688 Thanks for sharing that trouble you have been experiencing. I would love to help out. I know with moving this can be hectic, so I will try to make this part easy for us. I think that the issue may be that your Xfinity ID was not moved over to your new account. If you visit our ID look up here you can enter your details the system should show you what the ID is for the account. Since those details may still be tied to your previous account as well I can try to help out. Also, if you have our Xfinity X1 TV service you can say “Xfinity ID” or “Username” into your Voice Remote to find the primary user's Xfinity ID on your X1 TV box. Are you able to check for your current ID through these methods?
