xFi Advantage plan with free xFi pods

I upgraded to the xFi Advantage a few weeks ago and was promised free xFi pods after a 14-day assessment. It has been past the 14-day mark with no email saying I was eligible or not. I even looked through Xfinity forums and many people are saying the same thing. I ended up calling Xfinity support today and was just transferred through several different people. They told me on the phone that it was a glitch in the system so they put in my account notes that I was eligible to pick up the pods in store. When I went to the store, they saw no note and told me there was nothing they could do. Now I am stuck with no one to talk to and am thinking about moving my services to a new provider. I am very disappointed by this scam Xfinity pulled on me.

I can help with your issue. I see that you were recommended pods, but for some reason it looks like you were never sent the email that would have the link to redeem. I've already escalated it to the team that can help you submit your order. 

 

I'll be in touch with more updates as soon as I have them
