xFi Advantage plan with free xFi pods
I upgraded to the xFi Advantage a few weeks ago and was promised free xFi pods after a 14-day assessment. It has been past the 14-day mark with no email saying I was eligible or not. I even looked through Xfinity forums and many people are saying the same thing. I ended up calling Xfinity support today and was just transferred through several different people. They told me on the phone that it was a glitch in the system so they put in my account notes that I was eligible to pick up the pods in store. When I went to the store, they saw no note and told me there was nothing they could do. Now I am stuck with no one to talk to and am thinking about moving my services to a new provider. I am very disappointed by this scam Xfinity pulled on me.
