xFi Advanced Security is blocking my company's website
One of my company's product domains is being blocked by xFi Advanced Security.
https://v2.hostfully.com is the subdomain that serves our guidebook platform, and it works fine when i have this featured disabled, but when i turn on xFi Advanced Security, I get a message (different depending on the browser) about not being able to load the page because a secure connection cannot be established.
Can this be investigated to find out why? I had a similar issue about 4 months ago with Xfinity's "Protected Browsing" which was (at least then) powered by the categorization database at https://tools.zvelo.com/
fixing our negative categorization there resolved the issue, but now a few months later the issue reappears even though Zvelo still shows our site as safe (as does every other categorization site i can find)
anyway, any help to point me in the right direction would be useful. At the moment i just tell any customers that report this to turn off this feature in xFi because it's buggy, but i'd like to solve the root cause.

Hello, my website is also having this issue. It used to work, but was randomly blocked earlier this week. We have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps, Comcast support was of zero help, and the issue persists. As previous contributors have said, this is accessible through any other ISP and through cellular networks. Host is not blocking my IP. We also need our website to be added to the whitelist. Domain is: thedrivenexchange.com
We have been Comcast customers for two decades, and cannot belive that we aren't being offered better support. We need this to be fixed as soon as possible.

@ComcastJosh I tried loading the site again today and it's still giving me this message:
Hold On!
We blocked access to
http://___________.com/ (web address hidden for... reasons)
This site might compromise your device or contain dangerous content.
To avoid these risks, close this window and skip this site.
Any ETA on when this issue will be resolved?

@ComcastJosh I'm a Google employee working from home because of the pandemic. Starting on or about 6/23, xFi Advanced Security has been erroneously blocking content from some URLs in the googleprod.com domain (that I am accessing in the course of my work). I assume this is part of the learning curve for the machine learning model that powers xFi Advanced Security. There doesn't seem to be a way for me to whitelist the domain though. I see upthread that you're asking users to send you URLs so that you can whitelist them internally, via DM. However, #TIL that as a new user I need to make a public post before I get access to DM -- hence this post. Once I have access to DM, may I send you the URLs that were erroneously blocked?
I'll have to turn off xFi Advanced Security if I can't get these erroneous blocks to stop. I'd rather not have to do that, because I'd like my family's non-work-related internet usage to be protected.
Thanks!

We couldn’t figure out how to Dm you, but our websites www.asthma2.com and treatfoodallergy.com also seem to be blocked, as we can access them from cellular and from other locations, but not from our actual office where we have Comcast (and all other websites are working).

When I turn off Advanced Security, I'm able to access Microsoft 365 Power BI for government users. I, and my IT support, have been troubleshooting this for many hours and weeks, and since other people were able to access the site, and I was able to access it previously in the office, it occured to me that Comcast may be blocking it. So I went to anther location where WOW was the provider, and I accessed the site. In my case, i can't access this site even when logged into Pulse VPN. I wasn't planning to switch to WOW, so I hope this can be resolved quickly.
Please add this site to the list to activate: https://app.high.powerbigov.us/home
Thanks.

@ComcastJosh
I just started having issues with the photographs not loading on my photography website built by strikingly.com. After chatting with Strikingly they said the issue was with the Comcast/Xfinity Advanced Security features being turned on.
Can you whitelist these domains from Strikingly:
If you can whitelist wildcard domains, here is the list:
My business depends on my site, so it would be great if this could be expedited. Thanks!
