xFi Advanced Security is blocking my company's resources
Advanced security blocks the resources (js, and other files) from chat.truvisibility.com our domain is not blacklisted anywehre even reverse lookup by IP is set in place. This is bussiness critical issue for us and our clients as clients of our clients expirience the problem with running our chatbots in XFINITY network with rented modems. Please whitelist the domain or clearly explain a reason why chat.truvisibility.com marked by XFINITY firewall. We believe it is misstake that badly hurts us.
