XB8 says not connected to Xfinity app

I just installed an XB8 to my account via the Xfinity app the modems working but not showing or connecting to the xfinity app? Can you help me get it to show? On the my account app it says modem is not responding but my internets working? Hmm?

@TFROSONI​ did you ever get this resolved?  I’ve spoken with 4 different tech support people and they still haven’t solved it for me.
