X App Login Screen Loop

Hi my username is [Edited: "Personal Information"]

sign in X app loop keeps happening.  Have tried all the workarounds I found here.  Logged in via website.

please help!

I am sorry to hear about the trouble logging into the Xfinity My Account app. Have you checked your internet connection to ensure it is stable? Also, have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app? Have you changed your username or password?
