Wrong user name in app
The xfinity app only allows me to use the wrong user name. No buttons exist for changing it. God you guys have awful software.

Hi there - Can you please elaborate? My team owns the login flow. Your Xfinity ID may be your comcast email, your third-party email, your mobile phone number or your username. Usernames are automatically generated and are slowly being decommissioned, which may be why you are confused. Please let me know how to assist further.
