Won’t let me log into Xfinity app says I’m not a customer

It won’t let me log into the Xfinity app it says

Access not Authorized

You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service.      

Even though I clearly am a customer, I bought a router from Xfinity and Internet I’ve been trying to login for multiple days and it has not worked so

Hello, @user_4iyr7a. I appreciate you making us aware about this login error message you're getting when attempting to log into your account. Is this the first time you try to log in? Have you received this error message before? Have you tried to go through the forgot username online to see if there's another profile associated with your account?
