Every time I put the wifi password it say it’s wrong.

You can view your existing password several ways, you can find instructions here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-change-wifi-password      

 

If the password provided isn't accepted, I would recommend resetting it.

Same with mine got new modem still won't work.
