WiFi On Demand device error

I purchased a 30-day pass yesterday for my work laptop. It stopped working tonight and I think the problem is that my work laptop had an internet security setting turned on to change the address everyday. I can see that the pass is still active but now that my device address has changed today, the pass no longer works on my work laptop. How do I fix this?
