Not able to sign in. Says signed in successfully but not an xfinity user. Cannot access app

I apologize to hear of the issues you are having when trying to log into the Xfinity wifi. We would like to see what we can do to get this resolved. Have you recently transferred your account to a new address?
@XfinityMichaelC I picked up my self install internet essentials kit & I made an account before I even picked it up now it’s saying “ sign in successfully but have to be xfinity user to enjoy this service. “ will not let me log into xfinity app goes back to sign in page. Also says account no longer active. This is my first and only account so there’s only one address
I picked up my self install internet essentials kit & I made an xfinity account before I even picked it up but when I dowloaded the xfinity app it would not let me log in. It says “ signed in successfully have to be an xfinity user “ . Also says my account is no longer active. It just goes back to the sign in page.
I barely opened this account so it’s only been one address.
Thank you for that clarifying information. I would like to have a deeper look into this to see what could be going on with the account and make sure everything is active. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
