WiFi hotspot app not working
I am out of town and I was logged on to the hotspot app earlier this evening I got a message that my credentials expired and I had to log back on. When I try to log back on I got invalid username and or password error 0108. I reset my password several times and that did not work. What is curious I can still login to my account app with the updated password but not onto the Wi-Fi app. To make this matter worse I tried calling tech-support and they were not helpful at all. I need help please as I am out of town and I am also an Xfinity mobile user so now I’m eating into my data because I can’t use Wi-Fi. Any ideas on how this?
