Wifi Channels not letting me change them

Hello allI am unable to change my Wifi Channels...... any thoughts on how I can do this?

 

The admin tool is referring me to xFi and xFi does not have the feature listed.

If you have pods, then xFi will choose the best settings automatically. Not sure you can change them manually.

I have taken the pods off and still unable to change

I'd try a quick 2 second press of the recessed reset button on the back of the gateway. Using a pen tip or similar. Give it plenty of time to come back up, see if that allows you to change the gateway settings.

Failing that try a factory reset, press and hold the reset button around 30 secs. You will lose any settings and have to set it up again.
