Wifi and other tabs missing from xfinity app

I changed addresses two months ago and had some issues when transferring services but that got resolved. Today due to the fault of Xfinity my service got disconnected and after calling customer service the internet was back up again. However on the app 3 tabs are missing and now I only have the Overview and Account tabs left. The wifi is still working but i am uncomfortable not being able to interact with all my settings. I have not found any solutions to this issue.
