wi fi hot spot

New router has wifi hot spot enabled.  I logged in to my account and when I try to disable it, it does not work.

Something has gone wrong, please try again later.

I have reset and tried and still did not work. 

I have been trying to reach a human, for technical issues which it seems is impossible. I can not get beyond robot voice. Terrible service

Hello, I am sorry you're having trouble disabling the hotspot on the Xfinity Gateway. I will be more than glad to help you. Please send me your full name and your Comcast account number.  


I also just you a step by step guide to your Comcast email as well. Please check your Comcast email and again if that doesn't work for you then I can do it for you instantly but i need your account info verified to me before making changes on your Xfinity account. Thanks!
