Why is the website so frustrating and horrible

Why is the xfinity website and app so horrible? It’s like it’s purposeful done. It’s impossible to get answers like: What plan am I on? Or how much data have I used? Or When does my plan expire? Any reason for xfinity to charge you more. I feel a Class Action Lawsuit in their future. It’s ridiculous that it’s so bad and frustrating.

hello @user_3jtolw. I know sometimes navigating the Xfinity website and the Xfinity app can be confusing. I would be happy to help walk you through how to view your account information.  Another way to see your options after you sign in to your Xfinity account you should see a manage my plan section which will also display your current plan and any promotions we may have going on. I can also provide a link that gives you step-by-step directions on how to view your usage
