Why has the XFINITY remote app stopped showing DVR controls March 2023

My XFINITY remote app on my iPhone has always had the ability to control the DVR.  This functionality disappeared (the DVR button on the app is no longer available).. yesterday (March 7).  How can I get it back?

Hello @Fsg2! There have been no reports of this button going away. I still see the DVR Manager button center at the bottom of the app. Have you checked the app to make sure it is the latest version? A simple delete and redownload may correct the missing button issue.

Solved this one… The problem came when I opened a new account for a new location that is still under construction.  The new account got sent as the default for my user ID so when I tried to use the remote at our current home it appeared that no devices were installed.  Fixed by resetting the default account to our current home.
