@MikeB39A the following appeared in Google playstore when I tried to update my Xfinity app "This app isn't compatible with your device anymore. Contact the developers for more info" Any hekp would be appreciated

@XfinityBenjaminM What do we do if the version we have is no longer supported and to continue one will need to update to the latest version. Then when attempts are made to update, the message that appears in the playstore reads that the app (X) isn't compaitble with the device anymore. Then lastly to contact the developers for more information? Please help me with this.
user_b8f2f6 If you're getting a message that your device isn't compatible, then a new device would be needed as there is no work around for that at this time.

Sometimes, corrupted app data can interfere with updates.
Try clearing the Xfinity app's cache and data in your phone's settings.
