What is this Arris device
I just check what, and whom all is connected to my internet. This Arris device popped up and it hasn't been here before, but odd how it's dated on 9-27. I pause, and inpause certain in home devices often. My internet is password protected and fully secured. No neighbors either. Can someone with Comcast please clear this up with all of us? I have searched and read all comments, and I have yet to find an explanation. Thanks
