I'm trying to port forward my internet but i sign in, and the website just sends me back into the sign in screen instead of going forward.

Thank you for posting in our communities forum. Sorry about the inconvenience you are having signing into your account. I know that can be frustrating. Are signing in through the Xfinity app? If so, are you receiving any error messages, such as incorrect user name or password?
I'm having the same issue as the poster here. I've tried logging in through both the Xfinity app and through my browser, but it still keeps asking me login every time. It doesn't say my ID or password are incorrect, it just keeps asking me for it no matter what i do.
