We can't display your details right now.
With Xfinity app, when I try to access "Connections", I get the message "We can't display your details right now."
Is there a fix? The problem makes the app useless for viewing connections/network information.

Great question! Did you receive any answers? Nothing resembling a response from an "Official Xfinity Employee" has been posted here. My experiences with Concast/xfinity customer (dis)service have been as rewarding as yours, most of the time! Good Luch to you in the future.
