"View WiFi Equipment" Option Missing in Xfinity App

Hello,

I am trying to set up port forwarding in the Xfinity app by following the instructions here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfi-port-forwarding. I navigate to the WiFi tab (step 2), but there is no option to select "View WiFi Equipment" (step 3). How should I proceed to set up port forwarding?
