verify identity to login
number 1 the website is terrible redesign. A long time user like myself cannot find anything. I click on a support article and I get a bad gateway error message. 2 what is a registered device? I ask because I have smart phones on my Xfinity app that are listed and managed. Are these the registered devices? I can't find them on the website. 3 I need to verify my identity to login to the website and I get a message to check a registered device. I get nothing on my iPhone to help out with this. I ask for a code but you stopped using your code generator. I have to wait for a code to be texted to me. this is all very frustrating when all I want to do is look around on my account. I thought about calling but I get sent thru ridiculous menus to reboot my router when all I want is information. If I go thru all this waiting and menus I get a person who I cannot understand. Xfinity you make it harder and harder for your customers to tolerate all this stuff. I don't give a darn about a reward. I want my service to work and I work to find answers when I go looking for them. Can a tech help me with this stuff, please?
