Upgraded my modem and now I need to remove the old modem from my account.

Got a new modem and in the Xfinity my account app it still shows both the old modem and the new modem. The internet status shown is based on the old disconnected modem so I need to remove this old modem from my account so that the status shown is based on the new modem.
