Unpause a device.
When I try to get on the internet on my computer it’s says paused. To open app to unpause it. When I go to the XFINITY App it show my device is unpaused. How do I correct this issue? I call tech support number and they are clueless keep telling me they are running a diagnostic test in the background and will call me back in 2 hours. I never get a call so I have to call back and then that person wants to do the same thing. I just want to know how to fix this so I can stop beating a dead horse.
