Unable to view Gateway under devices since upgrading to Storm Ready WiFi

Since adding storm ready WiFi device in the app I can no longer view my gateway, restart it or view any devices from the app. I have updated the app and attempted to reactive the Storm Ready WiFi thru the Xfinity Assistant.

Need Devs to check this out…

@EG​ No it was not answered. A Tech came out just to tell me that @Xfinity Support rolled out the devices without any training and he didn't know anything about it and he canceled the appointment and left. Laughable if it didn't leave me with service issues still. Not soley an app issue either.

I'm having this same issue and my Wifi has been absolute garbage!

Hello, user_oa4vbm! I am sorry to hear the WiFi has not been working well and am happy to further help. We will get to the bottom of this. How long ago did you add the Storm Ready WiFi? Have you not been able to see or access the modem since then in the Xfinity app to troubleshoot or restart it?
