Unable to port forward.

I am unable to open any ports on my xfi gateway. That being said, the inital process to open the ports work fine, although the port does not actually open. There are also no intrusions from any ipv6 protocol as it is already disabled. Any suggestions to actually open the port?pf2.PNG

Try disabling the Xfi Advanced Security feature as a work-around for now and see. It's buggy ! And there is currently no way for an end-user to be able to whitelist anything;

I had the same issue with port forwarding so I turned it off. About a week ago I tried the advanced security again and am now able to access my devices that rely on port forwarding. They must have finally fixed at least that bug in their software. Wold be nice if we could get updates from Xfinity on issues that they are addressing rather than having to figure out things on our own.
