Unable to pay bill - app won't accept CVC number

The Xfinity mobile app is not allowing me to enter the CVC number for my payment card. It keeps erring and indicating that the only numeric characters are allows in that field. I am, however, only typing numeric characters. Something in that form field is broken making it impossible to submit payment. I will try online via the computer.

Payment online via computer worked. This is an issue only on the mobil app it seems.

Before we get started, may I ask any troubleshooting steps you have tried with the App?
