Thank you so much for letting us know. There are no known issues for Apple devices. I would recommend starting with making sure your Xfinity app is up-to-date. If needed, it can be uninstalled and reinstalled to ensure you have the most current version. I would also make sure your browser cache and cookies are cleared, and close any already open browser windows before trying again.
